My name is Cyril Agbor and I am the founder of Bright Health Services,
I am well trained in both first aids and in combat response situation in the United States Army and currently serving as a logistician officer, I do under the edge and the importance of serving life and also the importance of getting them to the nearest hospital while proving them with the basic first aids at the same time. This is because I have been a victim and understand what it means to suffer due to a lack of such facilities and services
I once visited my Country of birth, Cameroon and on a rainy day, during rush hour, I experienced a devastating but sad incident.
This accident that happened right in front of me in Douala, Cameroon with this dying young man, laying on the floor, bleeding with no means to rush him to the hospital immediately for immediate medical attention prompted me to start BFES some months back after returning to the USA.
We are well trained and equipped to service the market segments that require healthcare services. We will also ensure that in the line of carrying out our duty, we comply with the laws and health regulations in Cameroon. Bright’s’ Emergency First Responder will operate 24 hours 7 days a week healthcare service; our services are available round the clock to attend to clients (patients). Our workforce is well trained to operate within the framework of our organization’s corporate culture and to meet the needs of all our customers.
bright’ Emergency First Responder ensures that all our patients cum customers are given first-class treatment whenever they meet us. We have a CRM software that will enable us to manage a one on one relationship with our customers no matter how large the numbers of our customers’ base grow. We also maintain a friendly, fair, and dedicated/creative work environment, which respects quick response, diversity, ideas, and hard work.
Our ambulance is equipped with sophisticated health equipment geared to aid our robust nurses to administer first aid. At the dial of our unit number, we are at your service in promptness and objectivity. This is to alleviate human suffering in the face of an emergency by mobilizing readiness and teamwork to provide urgent care as needed.
As a countermeasure, our ambulance service we are available to carry, as safely and comfortable as possible wounded and acutely sick persons to a place where they can receive the emergency medical and or surgical care they need; it is also where the condition of the patient is stabilized. Transportation maybe either from the site of an emergency to a health-care facility or between two health-care facilities.

Give assistance to any person suffering from serious illness and or injury with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery. It includes initial intervention in a serious condition prior to professional medical help being available, such as performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) while moving in an ambulance, as well as the complete treatment of minor conditions, such as applying a plaster to a cut.
To render the essential “ABC” skill; this focuses on critical life-saving intervention.
In a situation where the victim is unconscious, to have an open airway so it makes a clear passage where air can go through the mouth or nose through the pharynx and down into the lungs, without obstruction.
To perform CPR along with using Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) for a person who is having a sudden cardiac arrest.
